Return Instructions

When returning thermometers to Palmer Instruments, Inc., please pack with extreme care as these thermometers are delicate instruments. Turn around time is one (1) week after receipt of instrument. Please advise us prior to returning your instruments in order to avoid any delay in processing your order. Obtain our Return Merchandise Authorization Number. (RMA) Indicate RMA number on the outside of the package. Finally, on your packing list indicate your P.O. no., RMA no:, Quantity, Model no. and Serial no. of returned instruments.
