The Rotor Blade SCF "self drains" through a low outlet port, similar to the Vertical Exit Filter and is fitted with an agitator that "stirs" the fluid on "dirty" side (and optionally) on the "clean" side of the element". The element assembly can be readily removed via a quick release "lid" and the smooth body of the filter permits easy cleaning of the internal surfaces. The filter is ideally suited for fluids such as chocolate, paint, ink or colloidal solutions or suspensions. A heating jacket can be fitted.
